RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

All return requests must be made within four (4) days of the purchase date. Returned items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.


RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you receive your RMA, please package the item securely in its original packaging, include the proof of purchase, and mail the return to the following address:

REFUNDS

Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo an inspection to verify its condition. Upon approval, your refund or exchange will be processed.

  • Refunds will be initiated within 3–5 business days after the inspection is complete.
  • The exact time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
